You know when everything piles up and you've no idea where to start? This week's been like that and has left me feeling quite stressed and overwhelmed.When you have a run of stressful days, it can leave you feeling overwhelmed. When you've got a burgeoning workload, and you don't know where to start, it can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Life, in general, can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed, and there's no shame in occasionally feeling like that. Here are some things I find it useful to remember when I'm finding things a little tougher. Hope they help!
1. It shall pass.
2. Tomorrow is another day.
3. Thoughts are not facts.
4. You can do this!
5. Breathe deeply and take your time.
6. You are stronger than you'll ever give yourself credit for.
7. You are not worthless.
8. You deserve respect from others.
9. You are not alone.
10. Things will get better.
