It’s official: I’m really addicted to buying lipsticks now.
Initially, I was put off buying a Matte finish, because I thought it’d be too drying, but I really couldn’t resist this shade! So far, it’s not proved a problem at all, and hasn’t dried my lips out, despite them already being quite dry. (To combat this, I’ve been wearing some Carmex underneath.)
Amazing Grace is a beautiful rose shade, with a slight hint of coral to it. I’d say it’s perfect for an every day lipstick because it’s pretty but not too bold. And, apparently, this shade’s inspired by Grace Kelly! [/pipdig_padded_text]
[pipdig_padded_text]As I already mentioned, one of the most attractive things about these lipsticks are the packaging. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention has been paid to how they look. They don’t feel plastic-y to hold, and you can definitely tell from looking at them that they’re not cheap.
The fact that Charlotte Tilbury’s a makeup artist also means that she really knows what makes a good lipstick. The formula’s really long lasting. (I had a shower after I swatched the lipstick on my arm below and it took some serious scrubbing to wash it off!)
You’re also not going to be disappointed by the amount of pigment in the lipstick either.
So, they might be quite expensive, but you do get a really high quality product for your money. What’s not to love? [/pipdig_padded_text]
